   I am trying to install MachForm on our server and when I go to run the installer I get "The Page Cannot be Found"

   I followed all steps prior to this step to install.

   Any ideas as to what could cause this?

   The error is stating the problem; the file doesn't exist on the server, may be caused by the following:

   1. Did you upload the file? To the correct location?
   2. Linux is case-sensitive; "Installer.php" (capital "I") is not the same as "installer.php" (lower-case "i").

   How are you trying to run the file - normally should be like http://www.yoursite.com/machform/installer.php

   My suggestion is you contact Appnitro through their support service and request they check your install.
   Use the form here: http://www.appnitro.com/install-request

   Hi

   Did you make sure that your config file is properly filled out? if so go to your domain

   http:/
   or https://

   (((to me, it made a difference)))

   http://www.yourwebsite.com/machform/installer.php

   unless you didn't change the machform folder into another name, you should have no problem

   for example if you named it forms

   http://www.yourwebsite.com/forms/installer.php

   or if you made machform go into a folder

   http://www.yourwebsite.com/myfolder/machform/installer.php

   hope it helped

   edit -it all depends on the url of the way you ftp'd the file, you need to go directly into it-
