Zip Codes 1150 list, some easy implemetation?

    Hello,

    This is a short version of my post:
    I have 1150 zip codes, how can I implement this in like country list, so that it is implementable and user cam easily choose right zip, This would not be easy in the standard looking list. How can I do it? What would be nice if I can make some undependable small search query in sidebar to search appropriately zip to city. Any ideas, or scripts?

    I know how to make in excel eg. 3 list of:
    1. state
    2. zip code
    3. city

    and make it in drop down Dependent Data list.
    I just need to implement this into mach form, NOTICE! it doesnt have to be part of mch from so that data is submited to form or send, just to be "read only" for users who dont know its right zip code, so how can I put it there by the machform zip filed? throgh, page layers? (but, if user have some other page zoom, or resolutin settings it wont appear corectly on page) or by CSS?
