Would like Ranking fields

    I would like to see the possibility of ranking in MachForm like the following examples

    Name your five favorite restaurants:
    1: ___
    2: ___
    3: ___
    4: ___
    5: ___

    or

    What's your favorite time of day?
    Morning (select 1-5)
    Noon (select 1-5)
    Afternoon (select 1-5)
    Evening (select 1-5)
    Night (select 1-5)

    or it's one of those matrices we've all seen where horizontally the ranks (say from 1-6) are listed and vertically the options, so in every line you will click on a checkbox as a ranking.

    I would love something like this as well. What about a " ON a scale of 1 to 5 what was your experience"? and below it is has 1 thru 5 radio buttons!!
