Whats the benefit for me to ask for a Billing Address

    Hello,

    I am setting up my Stripe payment form and have a general question. I need the shipping address but not sure why I would need a billing address. If I require the field does the information go to Stripe and help them in the processing? If it just comes to me not sure what I'd do with that info? Just curious, thank you.

    I suppose enabling both shipping and billing address would be more useful where they are different e.g. Order is received from local branch of a company but the invoice/bill is paid by their Accounts Dept in their head office - they could be two separate locations.

    Anyway, whatever applies in your situation, use of billing and/or shipping address is flexible.
