What is the table structure when you submit a new form?

    After I submit each form, what is the table format/structure in the database? I have my db setup under mysql at localhost.

    You can check the structure directly using any mysql GUI you use, but it's quite simple actually.
    Generally each form has one table and each field within the form has one associated column within the table.
