   all of my machform websites were migrated from windows server 2003 to 2012 - the data migrated, and the sql databases are still online and on the old server, however i get this message on all machform pages, including the administration pages where i can actually see the forms. it's at the bottom of all pages - please advise

   ** update **

   i removed snmp extensions in php setup - lot handling errors appear to be gone now
