[closed] We have a fatal error after the form is sent

    First of all, your form looks great!

    Did you modify the CSS file only or any other files?
    It seem that your view-functions.php file has been modified.

    If so, make sure that the very first line of that file contain no spaces/new lines.
    The very first line should be <?php

    Otherwise, any new line/spaces would be considered as output, hence that error appeared.

    We had temporary server issue. I just resent and the form still errors once you hit submit.
