    There are error messages display on one of my forms. I am wondering what that's all about? Please advise.

    One of your field seems to be corrupted. Try to check into your checkboxes, multiple choice or matrix fields. Make sure they all have at least one option.

    That error message usually appeared when those fields doesn't have any option at all.
