   Dear Support,

   Searched the forum and found threads with similar problems but not answering the problem I am facing.

   I recently migrated the web hosting and have to reinstall MachForm but getting error message below when pasting the standard form codes of the created forms to the web page,

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/abc/public_html/machform/includes/view-functions.php:1) in /home/abc/public_html/machform/embed.php on line 52

   Would appreciate if you can advise the solution to the error above.

   Just to add on that the error message was displayed at the Review page after the form was filled and Submit button was clicked.

   Try to restore your original "includes/view-functions.php" file. It seems there is some problem with the current file.

   Hi yuniar,

   Happy New Year!

   Just to update that after restoring the view-function.php, the problem solved.

   Guess the file was corrupted during the initial installation.
