W3C CSS 2.1 fails , don't understand why

The following page
http://www.redrockdental.org/appointment-request.php
fails to CSS 2.1-validate, and the reason given is:
#main_body img
Property behavior doesn't exist : url(css/iepngfix.htc) url(css/iepngfix.htc)Now, I understand that "#main_body" is part of MachForm's CSS, but what does "Property behavior doesn't exist" mean? And what are "iepngfix.htc" & iepngfix.htc referring to?
Thanks!

Those are workaround to enable transparent image support for IE6. I suppose you can simply remove those lines, since most people won't be using IE6 anymore.

Thank you, Yuniar - by removing from css the snippet
#main_body img{behavior:url(css/iepngfix.htc);border:none}
it now does validate as 2.1 in w3c. Thank you!
