   I just installed version 3.2 and the screens do not match the screens in the blog for 3.2. The enable scrolling option is missing from the section break options and when I attempt to add a signature, a regular text box is displayed.

   When I click on Settings "MachForm Version 3.2" is displayed.

   I cleared the cache on my browser and now everything is functioning properly.

   Those are cache issue indeed. Most likely your browser still using the old cached javascript file.

   I am having the same problem I just upgraded from v2 and have no signature field, no help tab, no edit theme, and no settings tabs.

   I cleared the cashe and still the same.

   Any help?

   Try to logout from your MachForm and login again.
