   I am having many, many issues with 3.1 when I create my forms. I didn't have any of these issues before the upgrade. I tried editing my existing forms using the new, multi-page feature and the page breaks wouldn't save. I started over creating new forms thinking that was the issue. Please help. My forms are currently useless!

   1. Sometimes, when I add several fields, they will be assigned the same number, essentially making them one field. This occurs even if they are different field types, like a name and address field. I can't edit or delete either of them.

   2. When I save the form, it appears as though it does save; however, when I view it or go back in to edit it, my new fields are missing.

   3. Same with page breaks. I add them, save the form and view or edit it and they are missing.

   4. The code to change the background color of the progress bar doesn't work on my custom theme when I view my forms.

   Hi Barbara,

   I've just checked into your MachForm using the login you sent previously.
   I was able to create new forms and edit existing form just fine there.

   Can you let me know what browser did you use? Also is this happening to all of your forms?
   Try to delete your browser cache or test with another browser (Firefox or Chrome).

   Thanks, Yuniar. I am using Safari and I am having these issues with all of my forms. I will delete my cache and try another browser. Thanks for your help!

   May I know what version of Safari did you use? Are you using Windows or Mac?

   major issue!!!! Forms don't work in safari on mac
   the do not seem to proceed to next page and store the filled out information
   help me

   I face the same issue in Safari with 3.3, I cannot go to the next page!!!!
