   I just noticed that Machform is making a version 3, I like what I read and am keen to upgrade, how much would the upgrade cost? also I was wondering if the new verson has a solcial security field I need it

   three-two-four all numbers (xxx-xx-xxxx)
   I would also like it to be entered twice (double checked), so that the user notices that they did a mistake

   I would also like that feature with e-mails, people sometimes mispell their emails, and I would like for it to be entered twice and checked

   also, I am designing a type of form where a person can choose to add more questions, is it possible to make a check mark for example:

   add friend, and more question fields pop up?

   If not can it be customized for me? I am willing to pay extra
