Using Outlook or Outlook Web Access Not receiving email notifications

Hi All,
I have someone who is not receiving their notification emails. They use Outlook Web Access.
any tricks or suggestions on how I can start finding the problem?Posted 9 years ago # -
Did you receive email notification from another email address ?
If so, try to set a valid domain email address on notification "From email address" and check the spam folder, it might be the mail goes to there.MachForm Support
