using multiple email address with checkboxes

    I would like to have notification sent to multiple email address, based on which check box is checked. For example if checkbox A is checked I want the form sent to A@......com. Is this possible and how do I make it happen

    yes, this possible with some modification to machform files. You can use the method that posted in here :

    That post will show you how to send email based on check box field.
