using form as a maintenance ticket, have a few questions / request

    love the program so far and it will work great for us. we are trying to get osticket to work on the maintenance side of our business but after working with this program i really like the simplicity of it. nice and clean. would love to move the maintenance ticket side to using this program as well. so here are my questions / requests

    i have created a 2 page form for maintenance ticket. the first page would be filled in by the client requiring service. i would like to add a submit function for this page. the second page is filled in after the technician has completed the work at which point he would make the final submit. any way to make this work?

    i have searched and found some things on printing prior to submit. these appear to be adding a warning to print prior to submit. would be nice to add a print function button prior to submit.
