Upload progress bar not proportional to percentage completed

    Test upload 40mb file is saying 50% complete but the progress bar is three quarters of the way across. It's on a 250px wide form. I've tried setting the form width to 250px using the Advanced CSS area of the theme designer with no luck. Can you help?
