Unique URLs?

Hello,
I'm hoping someone here will be able to answer some of my questions.
First, this is a fantastic product and I'm so jazzed about it! Just one thing I was wondering might be adjustable - is there anyway to setup unique URLs for a MachForm without embedding the form code somewhere else?
Sometimes I just want to use the standard MachForm template WITHOUT needing to embed it into one of my Wordpress pages. The following URL is generated for these kinds of forms:
http://www.yourwebsite.com/machform/view.php?id=1
My problem is that a competitor of mine saw one of my MachForms and figured out that she could change the id # in the URL, and was able to see another one of my generated forms which I did not intend for her to see.
So I'm wondering if there is a way to create unique URLs like the following (or something like it), so the id # and form is called up, but also the form name:
http://www.yourwebsite.com/machform/id=1/form-name-abc123
I just want to protect myself and my forms so not every curious Connie can see what I have by an easy change of an id #.
Much thanks in advance for any help!!

Hello Gina,
You can create your own custom HTML or PHP page, let say my_form.html
You can then insert your machform code into that file (go to Embed Code menu to get your form code)This way, any casual users won't be able to easily change the id of your form and browse around. However, if they are technically smart enough, they still will be able to see it by digging into the form source code.
If you don't want your other forms to be available for public, I recommend to enable password protection for your other forms.
