   Following a new install of Machform 3.5 as per installation instructions I am unable to add any fields to a new form

   I just keep receiving the following error message.

   -------------------------
   Uh oh, we're having some difficulties.

   Our apologies, we're unable to reach the server.
   Please try again within few minutes.

   If the problem persist, please contact us and we'll get back to you immediately!
   -------------------------

   Is there anything I could look at to try and remedy this problem?

   Any help appreciated

   When did you download the installation package for the Machform 3.5 instance you just installed? If it was a while ago, especially if you downloaded it shortly after it was first made available, there may be a bug in the files that has since been remedied. I had a similar problem with Machform 3.3; and it sometimes seems that bugs are re-introduced with new updates of a program. If you think this might be the case, then re-download the installer and re-install to see if that fixes your problem.

   Of course, if you just downloaded the installation package quite recently, then this is unlikely to be your problem, so ignore this message.
