   Hi,

   I have a form that is on a landing page for an AdWords Campaign I am running. I need to be able to track the keyword that is sending the user to the form, the network (search or content) and then tie all of that into my Analytics account.

   Is this doable?

   I had been considering using this program for it - http://www.surveygizmo.com/survey-blog/online-survey-google-adwords/

   However, I thought that since I have been using MachForm for so long, I would see if I could do it here first.

   Sorry, I'm afraid I can't help much with this, since it would be pretty complex to do.
   Pretty much custom code needed to be able integrating MachForm & Adwords & Analytics.

   Gabe,

   You can setup custom goals in google analytics to track performance of your lead submissions. Make sure you create a thank you page for the form and then create a goal within google analytics so that when someone goes to that page it tracks it as a lead conversion.
