    Can I get form submission data directly from the MySQL database? Without exporting...

    Depends on how the site is hosted. If you have it on a server you own, you can install phpmyadmin or webmin in order to visually access the data. If you have it hosted with a hosting company, they usually have something you can click on through the portal.
