1. PLEASE allow a City, State, ZIP only option for the Address. Sometimes I do not want/need a street address. It could be as easy as adding "Remove Address", as you already have an option to remove address line 2.
2. Please consider letting clients select their form of payment (select in form from options... admin can limit options).
3. Allow clients to access their forms with a user name (or email address) and password. Sometimes clients need to make corrections.
4. Add auto-complete based on sign in (auto-fill) for name, address, phone, etc. with a verify check-box.
Your product is truly a great asset to my business! I have recommended to all of my friends that manage websites.

Allow to send to multiple email addresses under, "Send Notification Emails to My Inbox". I have previously tried using a group email address, but it eventually gets black-listed or spammed.

neilmacernie - You can already send to multiple email addresses. Just separate each address with a comma.

3. Allow clients to access their forms with a user name (or email address) and password. Sometimes clients need to make corrections.

I have a few ideas that would be fantastic for a future version of MachForm.
1) Submit a blind copy of the emails to multiple people
2) The submit button should have an option to float to the right or left of a field, used for a single field newsletter signup
3) When you fill in some text in the default value, the text should disappear when a user starts to type their info in that field.Thank you for all of your hard work on the development of MachForm, this is by far one of my favorite tools that I use when developing websites.

peterpekofsky - on your point #2 you could achieve this with Custom CSS on the form's theme, let me know if you'd like me to generate an example.

Need an option to embed images, includinglinks, alt, alignment, etc. I currently manually enter html/ because I know how to but many folks don't and this really is a pain to do manually.
