Theme not updating checkboxes not lined up

    I have customized the theme to how I need it and I've selected the theme I created for my form, but it's not showing up on the frontend where users would see it. The form link is walksacred.com/form-101-3/

    Also, the checkboxes on the form don't line up right. They are almost covered by the bottom element.

    I figured out a "fix" for these issues. Still not how I wanted to resolve them, but I got it worked out for now.
