Theme not displaying

    I have a theme that I am using for the form (closely mates the color scheme on the our website) problem is its not showing. I have verified the theme is selected for the form. Any ideas?

    What embed method are you using - the idea is, the form should belend seamlessly with the website's design.

    See the note about the "Javascript" embed method.

    I believe the above is also the case with the PHP or iframe methods.

    only the stand-alone "link" or "pop-up window" method should show the form's actual theme.
