I was wondering how to add a theme gallery to my site? I want to do this http://www.phpform.org/ on my site but not sure how to associate the selected theme with the form being built.

To apply a theme to your form, simply copy all the CSS code into your form (use the Edit CSS menu).

I know how to apply a theme, that's not what I am asking. I want the option of having a variety of themes to choose from and be able to click on a radio button to select a theme then progress to the next page to build the form and then have the theme that was selected on the first page applied to the form when it is completed, just like in the link above.

I'm afraid it won't be quite easy to do so with MachForm. The functionality you are referring to is a custom function designed for phpform.org only. Sorry.

I just purchased Machform today and got everything installed but I'm a bit perplexed by not having the theme option. I assumed by the features list that themes were included in the package.

Is there any way to add themes?

By default the themes not included in machform package, You can download the themes on this link

    http://www.appnitro.com/machform/theme_gallery

After downloading the file, you will see "view.css" file and to use it, simply open the file and copy the whole code from there and paste it to your form css code (use the Edit CSS menu). .
