Tell-A-Friend form

    I am trying to use MachForm to create a Tell-A-Friend form that would be prepolulated with some site information, but would ask the user to input their email address and an email address for their friend. When submitted, the completed form would be sent to both of them. It seems the script has that capability but I am having trouble findong the right method. Can you help?
