   Is there a way to create a form with table/grid layout ?

   E.g. I want to be able to create a table with the following columns:
   First Name, Last Name, Sex, DOB, Grade, etc.

   And I'd like to have multiple rows of it.

   You want to align fields in columns?

   There is no "How to create columns".......don't know what @karenfan is talking about. The above link is probably what she is referring to.

   This feature has been around since Version 3.2

   Also for check box or radio buttons, for column and row, use the Matrix Choice field type.

   Field alignment isn't the problem really. What I am looking to do is create 4 or 5 columns, then have those same columns duplicated down the page.

   For example:

   Date: Name: Time In: Time Out:
   Date: Name: Time In: Time Out:
   Date: Name: Time In: Time Out:
   Date: Name: Time In: Time Out:

   and so on....

   I know it can be done by duplicating the fields but I thought there may be a better way to do it.
