   The Submission confirmation page (Show Text) is blank when using the Cash/Check payment option with the Show Review Page Before Submitting option enabled.

   If the Show Review Page Before Submitting option is NOT enabled, the confirmation page is properly displayed.

   I am using version 3.4.
