   Is there any way to offer the option of using either stripe or PayPal for checkout? I like stripe, but I'd really like to be able to offer customers the option to pay with PayPal as well.

   Doesn't look like it. You have to choose either/or ... That being said, there might be a way to use the logic to choose either one, but I think there will have to be some custom code created to do it.

   why don't you do old fashion way? add link for different payment options? like if they want to checkout then click this, if they want stripe then click that...
