Size of name field

    Hi,
    Maybe the below comment can be of use to someone else.

    I have a form embedded in a page based on bootstrap and the name field was not behaving like the others (not stretching when resizing the browser); specifying a value in the css was not satisfactory enough. Looking at view-functions.php and based on the address field, i modified mf_display_simple_name:

    I added on the spans, the class left and right + a div englobing the 2 spans (like in address and starting below the label) + the class large on both input fields.

    I cannot guarantee it is full proof, but it 'looks' to work for me.
