Simple Workflow for MachForm

    Hello,

    I have an urgent requirement for simple workflow as per the below:

    1. User submits a form for salary increase
    2. Manager gets notified by e-mail
    3. Manager accesses the form and clicks approve.
    4. HR receives the final form with manager approval

    I know that MchForm is not designed for workflow but all I need is a bit of design ideas for developing this or integrating it with a workflow engine.
