Should be simple, but then so am I. :)

I have set up a form (http://www.tfmd.org/advertising-upload-banners-thx1138) which directs to the Review Page after submission. I have also edited the Success Message to allow the user to;
1) Close the window
2) Return to the form to submit more data.I have managed to edit an existing Close script to close the window, but I seem unable to get the "return to form" script to work.
here is what I have been using;
Success! Your banner information has been submitted.
Please allow up to 36 hours for a reply.
<P><A title="Click here to upload another banner"
href="http://www.tfmd.org/advertising-upload-banners-thx1138"
target=_self>Upload Another Banner</A></P>Could someone please tell me what I should have put?
Finally, I plan to have the form appear as a pop-up window, so the solution should re-open the form in the existing pop-up window.
Thanks.

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly, but I've tested your form and it seems to be working just fine?
I can click the "Upload another banner" after submitting the form.
What do you mean by "I seem unable to get the "return to form" script to work." ?

Does that mean you're test@test.com?
I just checked your IP address and it said it was probably a Spam Harvester. I'm relieved it if was you. :)
In the end, I fixed this problem by creating a webpage outside of Machform and using the URL re-direct feature. I never actually figured out how to create a "Return to homepage" link in your success page.
BTW - I have put Machform inside the parent folder of my website. Is this safe? Should I have put it somewhere more secure? I'm not even sure this is an 'intelligent' question as server security is a complete grey area to me.
Thanks,

Yes, that was me :-)
I suppose redirect URL also works fine for this.Regarding your machform folder, it's fine. It supposed to be like that anyway.
