Set file size limit to anything less than 1 M doesn't work?

    Hi.
    I'd like to set the maximum file size limit to 100 kb (i.e. 0.1 MB). However, when I set this in the field properties, if I set anything less than 1, it reverts back to 0.
    I don't have any issues with my server limiting the file size of uploads it's just that the files my users will be sending will never be bigger than 100Kb and I want to prevent abuse from others.
    Is there a way to do this?
