Server side CSS permission errors

Howdy - new to Machform and the forums. Looks like a really wonderful product.
I've set up my first form and all is well except for a permission error reading the CSS file.
ERROR:
"You don't have permission to access /machform/data/form_2/css/view.css
on this server."Obviously the install permissions are all okay otherwise it wouldn't be working. Folder permissions appear OK. The CSS file permission is 644 -- is this right?

Try to delete ".htaccess" file under your "machform/data" folder.

Does deleting .htaccess under machform/data folder apply to the error message I am getting?
Warning: file_get_contents(./data/form_1/css/view.css) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/prot7591/public_html/mynewheightsfitness/machform/edit_css.php on line 51

No, that one is not coming from the htaccess deletion.
It seems your data folder is missing the css file.Check into your "machform/data/form_1/css/" folder. Is there any "view.css" file there?
If not, you can copy the file from your main machform folder and put it there.MachForm Founder

Okay thanks :) I thought someone on here might answer sooner since there is a bit of a time lag.
