Send Notification Emails to My Inbox

When set up the e-mail to your Inbox and ask from "From Name", you always receive an e-mail with the IP Code. It does give you the choice with "single fields" but you always get IP Code.

Sorry, I'm not sure if I understand this correctly. Do you mean the "From Name" of the email is being replaced with an IP Address?

When you go to "Emails" from your form, then you have Send Notification Emails to my Inbox (checked or unchecked) you open option and then you can select "From Name" which are single line fields only in your form. I have Name, I have Company, but no matter what I am choosing, I always receive an email with the IP Address of the person who entered the form.

I'm with Yuniar on this one - don't quite understand the problem. Where in the emails you receive, is the IP stated?
So back to the problem, (using your examples)....instead of seeing (something like):
Company : XYZ Company
Name: Joe Blogs,You are instead seeing something like:
Company 139.39.93.29 or Name: 139.39.93.29 (?).
What tags are you using in the Email template (the information within the curly brackets)
The template tag {entry_data} will send all fields and information, but you can customise the email template and only use the fields you need by typing in their specific tags, and omit the IP Address one if you wish.
EDIT: I just tested one of my forms, and the IP address is not sent when using {entry_data} so not sure how it is ending up in your emails sent by Machform
Could you provide
1) a screenshot of a sample email received showing the IP address, as you describe? (just do a dummy/test email to replicate the issue you're having so we can see what it is you're describing).
2) a screenshot of the 'Email' settings as youo describe in your Machform admin?
