send manual confirmation email - 5 digits ref#

    1) Can the admin be able after reviewing the record details to send a confirmation email manually (custom HTML) including a ref#.

    2) I want to give a ref# for each registration. The ref# will be of 5 digits

    I'm afraid there is no feature to manually reply to each submission and customize the message. You can only customize the message globally (which will be sent to all the responders of that form)
