script error on installer.php

    Purchased the software and loaded it, created database etc as described in help but when launching installer.php i get the following message

    "The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
    The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log"

    Can ayone help?

    This seems to be folder/file permission issue. Make sure to change the permission of your machform folder and all files under that folder to 755 (CHMOD 755).

    The only exception is your "machform/data" folder. This one should be 777.
