Save on Page Break

    Hi guys,

    I'm attempting to enhance my conversion rate and want to switch from a one-page form, to a multi-page form in order to capture emails.

    I've set up the page breaks, with the Name/Email/Phone number in the first page. In the second page, I've put all the ordering information. How can I force the form to save while advancing to the next page break?
