Save and Resume link directing users to http instead of https

    "Save my progress and resume later" is giving the unsecure http URL to the form instead of https which the form is hosted on.

    This is a different issue from having a mixed of secure and insecure URL referenced on the form.

    While the issue can be resolved by redirecting URL from .htaccess, it is still disturbing to see notification links to insecure URL.

    Go to your Settings page and make sure the "MachForm URL" is using HTTPS path. The resume link is being taken from there.
