Save and Resume later - Different web address

    I did not find this being asked in the forum, which makes me think I've missed something or I'm the only one. I'm guessing the answer is no to this question but is it possible to have the web address provided for the "Save and Resume later" feature be the same as the one where the form is hosted?

    For example:
    The form is at http://domain.com/test/beginning
    but the web address provided is http:// mf.domain.com/view.php?id=21013&mf_resume=k234hjui

    Greetings,

    log in to your Admin panel => Settings =>Miscellaneous Settings. Look for the MachForm URL and update there. This field I believe is created during the install process, but if you move the MachForm and do not update, you end up with similar results to what you are describing.
