"Save and Resume" has "MachForm" as sender??

    I've setup "notifications" area as normal, and it does not say MachForm anymore. But when a person fills out the form and "saves" their progress, the email that we receive says from MachForm in the email headers. Where do we change this? I have searched EVERYWHERE...no luck finding any place to change this yet.

    Go to your Settings page, click "advanced options" and then adjust the following:
    - Default Email From Name
    - Default Email From Address
