retrieve wordpress post title to form field

Ok I hope this is possible...

I have a little form in a text widget on my self hosted wordpress site. This form appears in a side-bar when a post is viewed.

Since I'm using this form as a way to request more details about the post I would like the form to retrieve the TITLE of the post and populate a field so that the user does not have to re-type it. Is it possible? That would be awesome!

BTW, The Machform support is absolutely, by far the best I've experienced with any application or software. Seriously...yall have it down.

I think there is some function within WordPress which you can use to get the title of a post.
I'm not sure what is the function though, you might want to try asking into WordPress forum for this one.

Once you have the function, it's quite easy to pass the title into your form.
How did you embed your form? Using iframe or PHP code?

Yes I embedded your embed code into a Text Widget and it appears perfectly.
