Req: Purchase Form

Hi, I am interested in buying your script and I certainly will do that for a couple of things. I have only 2 questions, before I really would buy the script:
- Is it possible to simple add pictures to the forms? For example I am selling Glue and I would like to present one bottle of glue on the form.
- Is it possible to make a Purchase form like the one on your site?

At first it doesn't really got to have the paypal option, but I really would need to have the fields Product, Price and Qty.I really need to have this, then I can start with the system.

Hi Danyael,
- Yes it is possible to add pictures to the forms. You can use the Section Break field to put custom HTML tag, including images.
- Exactly like that? If so, I'm afraid it won't be possible to have tabular style form, as our purchase page.

1, that's great I will try to do that once I have bought the script.
2, hmm I really need such kind of a form, do you know another solution? It doesn't have to calculate anything. Just 3 fields next to each other like this:
Product Price Qty.
Item A EUR 10,-- 2
Item B EUR 12,-- 5

Hmm..that's odd. I've replied to your live.nl address about 12 hours ago.
Can you check your spam folder? in case it goes there.Moving forward, can you let me know these things:
- Your MachForm URL and login info
- What items should I put on your form (for the tabular format). Let me know the item name and price.If you didn't get my email in your spam folder either, please submit the above info through our request form here:

If possible, try to use other email address. Gmail perhaps?

Hi!
I need something very similair as danyael. I have purchased the script a few weeks ago, bought a new hosting plan to have php scripts running and I am ready and excited to launch my new homepage with your forms.I need a Product Quote page where I have the products name all lined up, each in a different row, below each other, they should all have a radio button next to them, so that clients can select as many products as they wish to receive info about, then each row should contain a form that accepts numbers, and finally a date form.
In plain English, the purpose of this section would be: which products are you interested in? How many do you need? By when?
I would be very grateful if you could help me.

Hey yuniar.... Are you not able to have a "total" at the end of that form?
Cause, if those items could be totaled, then machform might be close to working for my needs.I believe in this project, make us proud. :)

if (*) stands for radio button, then yes, it is exactly, what I would need. It is important that more than one product can be checked....Thanks a lot!!!
I am really amazed how beautifully these forms are styled. it was one of the main attractions.

hey, yunar, I replied to your email. Can you tell me when you can log in to my machform and help me? The website was to launch tomorrow but i guess we need to pospone it.:-)
Another question: machform automatically inserts a "powered by machfrom" after the forms. However, when the link is clicked, your website is trying to open up in the iframe of my website:-(((

Well I have been reading this and it looks like your pretty close to something I'm looking for. I currently have to write out my estimate for my customers by hand. I am hoping I can create form that I can access from the road. This is the current estimate sheet I use would it be possible to create something like this? The bottom 3 lines would list as follows. subtotal, % discount, subtotal, tax, total. Please let me know if this is possible. I love the software btw.
