reply email formatting

We are attempting to get some format issues worked out. I have our form set up to where when a user submits a form all that we need to do on our end is just hit reply, type out a message and it will go to the appropriate user yet the form they filled out is aligned in rows below our reply message - running left to right rather than appearing as it did when it came in. If there is a good resolution to this that would be great
Thanks

FYI - we are using Squirrel webmail with HTML enabled on this account if that helps any

OK - last bit of info to offer on this one
Here is an example of the output
Email customername@aol.com Type Printed Text Color White
> Options Standard Number of Colors Select Product Color(s) Navy
> Blue, Black, and Charcoal Quantity 100 Text On Product First NameWould love for this to run identical as to what is initially seen in our Inbox - one column with each row dedicated to a field that is filled in.

Any possibility you could use Outlook instead of Squirrel Mail?

if it were up to me - no doubt. it was a decision made by those higher than I. not a huge fan at all of webmail clients like this...oh well..

skydog, sorry I don't really understand the question.
So you would like to have the rows converted to columns?
A screenshot or mockup would help.

I did a copy/paste in one of my above messages
Here is an example of the output or what is shown in the Reply To message underneath where we are replying to the customer. Just would like for it to run in a column rather than in rows
Email customername@aol.com Type Printed Text Color White
> Options Standard Number of Colors Select Product Color(s) Navy
> Blue, Black, and Charcoal Quantity 100 Text On Product First NameWould like for this to be as follows:
Email: customername@example.com
Type: Printed
Color: White, Blue, Black and Charcoal
Quantity: 100
Text On Product: Blah, Blah, BlahDoes this make sense?

Hmm.. I think the current email already has that format.
Field name on the left and answers on the right. Each on different row.Anything I missed?
Perhaps posting a screenshot would help.Or you can mail me the screenshot directly.
