Replace Form Title

Is there a way of replacing the title (just above the form description) with an image? On the Form Properties, I tried replacing the title with an image on the form itself. Now, I noticed looking at the source that it now shows the image address in the title. How do I modify it to show in words instead?
TIA

If you mean the background image like this example, http://www.murraywebs.com/machform/view.php?id=24? (that is, the word "Machform" which is a PNG image). That image will only appear if you use the direct link to the form as per sample above. If you use the embed code option(s) you can add your logo or other image to the form's "form title" box, as you seem to have attempted - can you provide a link to the form where you have tried this?
You need to use the full URL to an image on your web hosting account and would be something like this:
<img src="http://www.yoursite.com/images/your-logo.jpg">
Can you provide a sample form of your attempt at doing this with the code you've tried?

Hi,
It would be better to put the logo/form header into your themes.
To do this, create/edit the form theme and select "logo" section.
Then simply add the logo file to there.MachForm Support

Thanks! I think I found an acceptable solution. I just changed the TITLE to match the background color. It works for me.1. Select Edit | Field Properties | filled in Form Title | then, saved form
2. Click Edit Themes | on the upper-right dropdown, selected my theme to be modified | Click Fonts | Selected Form Title "A", click "Size" and picked smallest font possible | click Color #FFFFFF to blend with the white background | Save Theme
3. On Form Manager | Edit | on Form Properties, in the Description, added the image file | Save FormPosted 12 years ago #
