   Hi,

   I know this issue was discussed allready, but unfortunately using the following code in the Edit themes > Advanced CSS:

   #main_body .form_description{
   display: none !important;
   }

   won't remove my form title and description. Am I missing something?

   Why not delete the text in the Form Properties tab, where you edit the form? You can delete any text in the "Form Title" or "Description".

   bostjancizelj -- that should remove the title and description already. Try to delete your browser cache and refresh your form. Most likely your browser still loading the old cached file.
