   I can't tell you what has changed on our internal network. Past few days I've been getting this error with my form.

   Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\pc\machform\lib\swift-mailer\classes\Swift\Transport\SimpleMailInvoker.php on line 49
   Error sending email!
   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\pc\machform\lib\swift-mailer\classes\Swift\Transport\SimpleMailInvoker.php:49) in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\pc\machform\embed.php on line 114

   any help is appreciated. thanks.

   made some changes turning on (use smtp) - problem im seeing now -
   what's really odd is the form was working fine, i'm just unsure if a windows update or something fudged the settings. Where would i make the change to allow the client to have permissions to send as this sender?

   That error is coming from the SMTP server. It seems the sender address being used by your form is not allowed.
   Make sure to check again the email settings (From Address) of your form.
