   I am not limiting the number of submissions per IP, and while testing my forms, I noticed that the reCAPTCHA spam control does not always appear. It will only appear the first time the form is submitted, but if the page is refreshed, or the link is clicked on again, the reCAPTCHA does not appear. Is there a fix for this?

   You can reset your session using session_destroy() in your PHP pages. You'll have to put it somewhere after the form has been submitted.

   See if that will help you. I'm sure you could put it somewhere in the machform distribution pages, but ATM I don't know where it would go, Yuniar or Redito should so you could send them a customer service request.

   I'm having the same issue and I haven't limited submissions per IP. I would love to know how to get my Captcha feature back.

   This is a feature of Machform, not a bug. Yuniar of Appnitro explains it here:
