Random: ERROR CONNECTING TO DATABASE

    Starting today I can sometimes connect to my webpage and sometimes I cannot. The error message is:

    Error connecting to the database: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2005] Unknown MySQL server host 'Al_Schuch.db.9213906.hostedresource.com' (2)

    I did not update nor change the order form.

    Sounds like an issue with your hosting service, maybe something changed at their end, if as you say it's only started today.

    Check with your hosting Support that the host name for the database is correct - normally it would be "localhost" and you put that in the configuration.php as the "host_name" variable value.
