   So I have a form with a series of questions, with Yes, No or NA as radio buttons. I would like to add weight to each question and then be able to calculate a score for each of them. What would be the easiest way to do this?

   For example:
   Q: Did the person ask for the right information about that area?
   Yes, No, NA.

   If they scored a Yes, they would get +10, if they scored No, they would get -10, and if they scored NA, nothing happens.
   At the end of the form, it would then some how calculate the totals for each section or page.

   Is something like this possible?
